As you walk into this sweet cottage you will enter into the living and dining area with sliders to the right which lead to the side deck (complete with patio furniture and gas grill). Inside the living area there is also a full-size futon that can double as extra sleeping space. Continuing on into the kitchen it has been completely renovated with gorgeous cabinets and counter tops, as well as brand new stainless steel appliances. The first-floor bedroom is off of the kitchen and has a great little balcony to enjoy a good book or the evening breeze on a hot day. The brand new spacious bathroom has an over sized tile shower which completes the first floor and is right off of the kitchen. The stairs to the second floor are located on the north side of the cottage where you will find a freshly painted bedroom with a queen bed as well as a half bathroom. This home also has a new gas propane heater for those chilly evenings.
