A km from Monte San Martino, a little village counting approximately 800 inhabitants and lying on a rocky outcrop. You can fulfill all your daily shopping needs but also find welcoming restaurants and an idyllic village square. The provincial capital of Macerata lies a drive away. This ancient fortress city has a maze of quaint little streets. In the open air theatre, Arena del Sferisterio, famous operas are often performed. Also around 45 kilometres away, you will find one of the most beautiful towns of La Marche, Ascoli Piceno. Please also note that the use of air conditioning will be charged separately at €0.50 per kWh. The spacious, grassy garden offers plenty of privacy and a wonderful view over neighbouring hills. BBQ, Sun-loungers, Terrace will add onto the fun.
