On the attic floor:
1 double room for 2 people with duvets -
1 room with 2 beds of 1 person with duvets -
Heating package of 40 €/week from October to May. Enclosed garden. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Barbecue. Electric heating. Private parking place. Washing machine. Cot. Good condition (maintenance, paint). Comfort medium.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra charge for animals (1 small dog allowed), deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).

Beautiful quiet environment in a dead end 250m from the superb sandy beach of Pors Gélin and the nautical club.
On the Ile Grande (accessible to cars by a small bridge).
