Electric heating. Washing machine. Public parking 80m. Average condition (maintenance and painting). Heating package of 50 € / week from October to May.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, extra animal (if authorized), deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other period: week).

très bon emplacement, vue imprenable, bien chauffé en hiver, plutôt bien aménagé. réserve : salle de bain compliquée pour personne d'1 m 80 (sous pente, bien difficile de se laver dans la baignoire sans rideau de douche). 95 euros de frais de ménage pour 3 jours, demandés par l'agence, c'est presque prohibitif !
