1 living/dining room with TV, sofa 2 places overlooking balcony - SEA VIEW -
1 kitchenette equipped with electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher -
SEA VIEW -
2 bedrooms with double bed for 2 people each, with balcony -SEA VIEW -
each with 1 en-suite bathroom with bath, sink, WC -
LINEN INCLUDED (sheets, towels, tea towels). Free WIFI. Many free public parking spaces in front of the Residence. Gas central heating. Washer-dryer in common room. Baby cot and high chair available free of charge on request and subject to availability.
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, animal supplement (if allowed), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (final cleaning, ... etc.).
Rental by the fortnight the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).

il n'y avait personne ni a l'arrivée ni au départ, comment prouver quel locataire, si il y a casse,par contre il nous manquait 1 bol et couteaux ce qui a été remplacer tres rapidement par les propriètaires

Très belle location, propre, très bien aménagée, 3 balcons et le plus 1 salle de bain par chambre.

Je recommande cette location que nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location avec une vue sur le port magnifique, seul petit bémol est un peu de bruit mais évidement on ne peut pas tout avoir.

Très bel appartement avec belle vue mais bruyant

Très bel appartement dans un ancien hôtel au dessus d un bar fermé le soir. Chambres toutes refaites sauf les salles de bains. Bonne literie. Quartier très agréable avec le marché aux poissons, le marché, une boulangerie, une épicerie et un caviste. Dommage qu il n y ait pas de double vitrage car rue très passante et bruyante et installation de la terrasse du bar tous les matins à 7h00.
