Villa nearby the sea with big garden and barbecue area,, orchard, private parking. Located at 1500 meters from the sandy beaches. 10 minutes by bike, 5 minutes by car from the beach. It's located in a quiet area. Provided by air conditioning and wifi.
The house consists in one quadruple bedroom (one large bed and one bunk beds), one double bedroom, bathroom with large shower box, living room with tv and two confortable sofa, kitchen.
Access to the property by automatic gate with code.
The garden is equipped with large shaded area with table, chairs, sun beds, barbecue with external lights, worktable and sink, external shower with hot water. Perfect also for relaxing evenings with customizable external lighting all over the garden.
The property borders on one side with immense grounds and spaces.
You can reach sandy beaches, food shops and the downtown by our provided bikes, in few minutes.

Erholsamer und sorgenfreier Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben in einem großen und schönen Garten (mit Grill und praktischen sonnensegel) inmitten ländlicher Umgebung. Die Lage ist sehr entspannend und in kurzer Autoreichweite von mehreren wunderschönen Stränden, die wir alle der Reihe nach ausprobiert und genossen haben. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig mit gutem WLAN/Internet Anschluss versorgt. Der Vermieter ist einer der zuvorkommendsten und freundlichsten, die ich je erlebt habe. Jede Frage und bitte um Hilfe wurde in kürzester Zeit beantwortet bzw. Hilfe geleistet. Dabei war er nie aufdringlich, sondern einfach immer zur Stelle um den Urlaub zu erleichtern. Gewürze und Früchte aus dem Garten gab es als Geschenke. Wir sind sehr glücklich hier gewesen sein zu dürfen und kommen gerne wieder!

Soggiorno molto piacevole

La casa è comoda per 4 persone, il giardino è ampio e attrezzato. Malgrado fossimo un pochino fuori stagione, e la cosa ha forse comportato qualche piccolo problema, tutto è stato prontamente risolto e siamo stati molto bene. Andrea è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie di tutto!

La nostra prima vacanza/esperienza in una casa

La struttura, nel complessivo, è molto bella e si rispecchia come nelle foto postate. È collocata in zona molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo non molto distante tra zona commerciale e zona balneare. Proprietario persona tranquilla e disponibile. Recensione indubbiamente positiva! Casa vacanza consigliata! Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo apprezzato molto il soggiorno.

Come a casa

Ho scelto la casa di Angelo, perché colpita dalle foto del suo bellissimo giardino e non sono rimasta delusa. Solitamente per le mie vacanze, ho sempre preferito andare in albergo, ma quest'anno avevo bisogno di un posto dove rilassarmi, come a casa mia. Ho trascorso una settimana bellissima in compagnia dei mia familiari in questa oasi circondata dal verde. La casa è attrezzata di tutto, in una posizione lontano dai rumori e vicino al mare. Altro aspetto per me fondamentale aver potuto portare in vacanza anche la mia cagnolina, senza dovermi preoccupare che potesse recare disturbo. La proprietà è adatta a famiglie con bambini, in quanto possono giocare in tutta tranquillità sul meraviglioso e soffice prato, ma anche a coppie di innamorati, che vogliono trascorrere una vacanza lontano da occhi indiscreti. Insomma per dirla tutta.... è' la prima volta che torno da una vacanza... riposata! Se avessi potuto sarei rimasta ancora! Grazie ancora per la disponibilità e la cortesia nella consegna anticipata delle chiavi e per averci permesso di rimanere, oltre l'orario previsto, in modo da preparare i bagagli senza fretta. settimana di mare in famiglia

Posizione comoda a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge di San Felice Circeo. La casa e' confortevole, con due stanze, un bel bagno e salone e angolo cottura. Il giardino e' spazioso e verde, un piacere rilassarsi anche la sera e fare 4 chiacchiere. Gentilissimo il padrone di casa che ci ha dato tante indicazioni su dove trovare della buona mozzarella di bufala pontina, ristoranti, gite in barca. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalita'

Vacanza rilassante.

Consiglio vivamente questa casa. Le foto rendono poco la bellezza dell'abitazione. Se cercate una vacanza rilassante, lontano dallo stress delle città, questa casa fa per voi. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione un po' defilata.Il paese e il mare sono molto vicini.Il giardino é il punto di forza della casa. Il proprietario è stato gentile, disponibile ed estremamente discreto. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ottimo!

Andrea e stato molto gentile e disponibile. La casa ha un giardino meraviglioso perfetto per famiglie con bambini. L' interno e molto confortevole spazioso e fornito di tutto. Posizione ottima, vicino al mare, supermercati ed altro. Bagno e cucina grandi ed esterno attrezzato per fare bbq e serate con amici. Consigliatissimo. Torneremo di sicuro!

Perfetto per chi cerca il relax in tranquillità, a due passi dal mare. Sia noi che i nostri bassottini abbiamo apprezzato lo spazio esterno bel curato e pieno di verde!
