We loved the area - all the hiking close by is wonderful! And the condo is pristine and welcoming. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the amenities - like toiletries and a well-stocked coffee and tea bar. Highly recommend!
Comfortable, clean, convenient, easy communication and numerous special touches made Dee’s place one that we would stay again and recommend to others. And we could park in the garage! A very enjoyable stay!
This is a very comfortable home in the NE heights. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Property is updated and clean. The owner was very responsive and checked in periodically to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The view from the windows and the outside was wonderful 😎 close to Sandia foothills and a short drive to just about everything. The garage was wonderful and made it convenient for packing up for the day and at the end of our stay.

This property is a must to visit! Well maintained, clean, and well stocked with extras, whether it be toiletries, blankets, pillows.
Host also had nicely stocked coffee bar area.
Dee was easy to reach if needed.
Definitely a re-visit at some point!

This property was just as the photos showed and very clean. Owner was very open to communication and responded quickly. She goes above and beyond providing comfortable beds, fluffy towels, nice kitchen dishes and pans, coffee and filters for the coffee pot. There was shampoo soap and various toiletries on the closet if you forgot anything on your trip. Couldn't have asked for more!

The property was wonderful. Well stocked, and clean. We needed a last minute accommodation for a funeral, Dee made the process seamless for us as we could not book same day accomidations on VRBO. Dee went above and beyond when a well loved blanket was left behind and she found it and mailed it to us. Thank you Dee for making a difficult time a little easier with your kindness and help.
The property was as advertised and perfectly suited for our needs. The host was very nice and made sure we had what we needed and made our stay worry free.

Herbert and his family members who stayed our as our guests are welcome to stay at our Condo anytime! Clean Courteous and Thoughtful guests.
First, the property description and pictures are accurate. The only exception, perhaps, is the view. There is not much of a view from the interior.
Second, the condo is well-equipped with the basics. The beds are good.
The owner was very responsive.
Why four stars? I think the price is a tad high. I’m writing this from the condo we rented after returning to Albuquerque a week later. The price is almost identical, but the current condo is better located and much better furnished.

I appreciate the feedback from my guests. As a host, my goal is to provide my guests with a clean and comfortable stay in addition to extra amenities. I wish I could hit the Mark every time in anticipating the needs of every guest. In the guest book instructions, I state that the living room furniture can be rearranged to fit the needs of my guests as well as the 3 sitting chairs in each of the bedrooms. This guest shared with me the evening before checking out that a comfortable reading chair in the living room would be nice. I agreed and I am looking for a size appropriate comfy reading chair!
Dee was so helpful and responsive any time I needed something! The AC works great everywhere except the front bedroom (an add on?). We were there in the heat of the summer and we kept it comfortable, but not cool. They did have plenty of fans to use since there was no cool air in there. Dee left us snacks and coffee and all kinds of directions and helpful info about the area! Would stay again!

Jacqulyn was very easy to communicate with during her stay. The house rules were all followed. The 4 checkout requirements weren’t completed and I am not sure of the reason. However, I have improved the Word document and have now made it available in two locations in the Condo. I would rent to Jacqulyn again. Dee
This home has the view of the mountains and is close to all restaurants and venues. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was great to work with as well. We would recommend this place for any group.

Candace organized the stay at our Condo for her staff. The group didn’t follow all the rules and left quite the mess to cleanup. With that being said, Candace was very quick to respond to a refund request for small damages. She was apologetic for her staff. My rating was based on the group that occupied my Condo.
I would rent to Candace in the future as an individual guest.
Comfy, cozy home with a garage and lots of supplies. Close to foothill trails and shopping. I was unsure how to operate the garage door and Dephine stopped by to ensure I was ok.

They were very easy to communicate with throughout the rental process. I would be pleased to have them as guests anytime they are in Albuquerque.
This was the perfect size for 3 couples for our family Christmas week in Albuquerque. The bedrooms were big enough for all the luggage and Christmas gifts we brought and the dining table was just right for the 6 of us to enjoy breakfast every morning before dispersing for the day. The coffee/tea corner was well used by all of us. It is a corner unit so only one neighbor and we never heard them. Parking in the garage was an unexpected bonus.
Hello future guest, I have lived in the Albuquerque area for most of my life. I am still becoming familiar with the many wonderful places we have to visit and explore in New Mexico. Albuquerque is a great central location in our state with the Albuquerque International Sunport being the gateway of New Mexico. There are many fascinating destinations for day trips from Albuquerque. Come and visit our great city and state!
