A nice property but no “View”
5 adults. My elderly parents used the master suite and they liked the bed and master bath. There is NO closet in the master bedroom! The nearest hall closet was locked. We had 6 nice bath towels for 5 adults however, we only had 3 washcloths and 3 hand towels. We definitely could have used more linens. I texted our host before our stay to inquire about a hair dryer. I didn’t hear back. I wish I had packed a hairdryer because we only had one small travel size hairdryer that we shared between 3 women. The second bedroom is large and had a nice size closet. If you’re a person who appreciates a rock hard mattress, then you will love this queen size bed. The third bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin mattresses. It would be perfect for 2 kids as the room is pretty small. The only mirrors are in the bathrooms. It would have been nice to have a mirror in each bedroom so that 3 women could get ready in their bedroom if someone else was using the bathroom. The kitchen , like the rest of the house was clean. It has only the necessities. Plates, bowls a few cups. No wine glasses which would have been nice. There are 6 parfait glasses in the cupboard in case you wanna make ice cream parfaits. The carpet could use an update. It’s brown and showing its age. We did not go barefoot on the carpet. There is a ceiling fan in each room. Nice however, they were dust covered. Great privacy bc the house is surrounded by a block wall. There is NO view but the location is great!

Perfect Hosts!
This property is super easy to get and out of - close to tons of places to shop and eat. Easy access to I25. Spacious, good layout. Having the garage accessible was such a luxury for us. The house was clean, TVs were in every room, kitchen was organized well and stocked with what we needed pots and pans wise. The keurig was great. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Super great park not too far away with nice walking trails. My kids were victims of a hit run at midnight before we were leaving at six am. I let the host know we ran into trouble and she was so gracious to help us with what we needed, offering to let me stay a bit later, offering to let us extend rental if needed. She just went above and beyond. The washer and dryer were so nice as a bonus! We could not have asked for better accommodations !

Great Location
The property was clean, convenient, and affordable. The property was located in a convenient location for us to come and go as needed while venturing out during the day and a place to land and night with two teens in tow. Clean, well-maintained, quiet neighborhood and surrounding area. We enjoyed the living room to gather and the kids enjoyed having a space of their own. We had to add a day due to inclement weather, which was easily accommodated with just a phone call. There were no concerns with comments that were mentioned in the previous comments. The dogs did not bark, tub worked fine. Some accommodations would have been useful. Pantry supplies such as salt and pepper (which were empty), vegetable oil, mixing bowls, and measuring spoons would have been great. There is a Keurig coffee machine, which to us was not great. We brought coffee with us only to find we had to go purchase Keurig cups (there was plenty of tea, no coffee) Those are expensive and wasteful, so a coffee pot would have been nice. We were to put in a load of laundry before leaving, but there was no laundry soap. The dishwashing pods for the dishwasher were old and didn't open when run, so had to wash them by hand. Hope the dishes we left were clean. The TV would not work, and we couldn't get signed in as a quest as described. Thank goodness we have an account of our own so we could watch a movie. All in all, it was a great stay, just little things that were missing or slight annoyances, and still way better than us being cramped in a hotel room for five days. The property owner was so kind to work with. We would stay again.

This is the place to book for a stay in Albuquerque
Not only was the property pristine and clean, the house was amazing! TV's in every room, great sized kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and gas stove. Mater bedroom and bath is grand in size!! The two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom are very accommodating for kiddos or guests. It is located with 20 minutes of several shopping centers, I highly recommend this property for a very enjoyable vacation!!
