I originally booked this property because it had three reviews giving it 10. I booked this property for two couples who we’re staying in Albuquerque to do some repairs on a house in Albuquerque.I don’t know how this property was ever rated as a 10. It is dirty. The bathroom shower is disgusting. The water does not drain from the tub and you end up standing in a mess of dirty water. The mattress did not fit on one of the beds. It was too small for the bed and they tried to stick the pillows between the mattress and the bed frame. There is no dishwasher. The place is just plain dirty.I have no idea why it is listed as a ski property. It is in the heart of Albuquerque where they hardly ever see snow.I can’t say one thing and that is that the neighborhood is nice.
The water heater is located next to the refrigerator in the kitchen. There are pipes in a water Spicket in the kitchen on the wall. I have no idea what they’re for if they are safe.

Why they chose this property

One of the Oldest Neighborhoods in Albuquerque, This home was an actual cottage originally built back in the late 30's Early 1940's during Albuquerque's Boom from the introduction of the Rail Road. Huning Castle was the start of this neighborhood now known as the Albuquerque Country Club area.

What makes this property unique

This home is not only Historic but Iconic because of the popular show Breaking Bad filmed in the very same neighborhood.
