About this property
Craftsman home nestled in an open meadow in downtown Ojai
Our home sits below the beginning of the trails up to Los Padres National Forest, but is just a five minute bike ride into the town of Ojai. The home is a spacious family friendly Craftsman on one and half acres with a large yard, pool, hot tub, veggie garden and chickens. Beautiful pepper trees provide protection and a feeling of seclusion so that we are not aware of our neighbors. The house has three bedrooms plus a guest bedroom/office. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and tub except the guest room/office which the powder room nearby can service. The house offers country living but easy access to town. 30 day minimum rental. NO SHORT TERM Rentals, no exceptions.
