Welcome to the Berry House! We hope you will come and make yourself right at home in this unique, Oklahoma-themed place. At 955 sq ft, we offer a lot of bang for your buck. Three bedrooms with a queen, a full and a twin bed. Original wood floors, TVs in every room, and inviting decor are just the beginning. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher and gas stove and laundry in garage. Initial stock of shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, fresh linens, and laundry detergent provided. Parking for 5 vehicles, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and a high chair also provided. A cute, cute place!

Very nice place in town

We stayed here for our trip to the football game. It was convenient and an easy drive to the campus and very close to Main St. The home was very nice and inviting.

Wonderful home close to campus

We needed to come see our son at OU and he was able to stay with us in this great location close to everything. The house was spotless and well maintained and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive as we added a couple of more nights to our stay and we couldn't be more appreciative. Highly recommend!

In town for graduation. We had so many errands to run in Norman this weekend and this house was very conveniently located to everything we needed to do. It is not walking distance to campus but very near the majority of Normans shopping. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed.

We had to move our daughter into college and needed a couple days to not only move her in but sat our goodbyes for college. Found this AirB&B and it was perfect for what we needed. Great location to college and shopping. Easy to get to. And the Air Conditioning worked great.

Home away from home

A storm came through Norman that made my families’ home unlivable. We needed a place to stay while our home was repaired and Celeste was helpful throughout the whole process! We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had to change the dates on her a couple times because of the scheduling of the people working on our home. She promptly answered us every time and was very understanding and accommodating. It was such a relief to have everything we needed in the Berry house. It is stocked with everything you may need, just as if you were home!

Online photos are deceiving

The property is not as “true” to what it showsI rented this house because my daughter who is a student at OU was having surgery and we needed a place to stay so she could recover. The location is a good location but it’s on a very busy street so access in and out of property is not easy. The pictures shown online show a bright and well maintained property. They must have used some filter when they posted them. There is not enough room to describe the house in detail so I will just highlight them1. Windows were absolutely filthy. There was an old log inside one of them in the kitchen 2. Refrigerator and outside freezer were not cleaned properly 3. Pots and pans old and worn and thrown in disorganized array inside a small cupboard4. Kitchen drawer had old salt and pepper “to go” packets in the back and utensils and drawer was dirty5. Big old “moth” hanging from corner in kitchen 6. Bathroom had big bug which when we googled it appears to be a cockroach. Not sure though 7. Outside grass was long and yard had large pools of water. Other yards were clear. 8. Patio furniture rusted and dirty. We never actually went in back yard. Just looked from back door 9. Questioning whether outer bedding was cleaned. Found hair on comforter 10. “Laundry room” is in garage which is completely fine If the floor paint wasn’t all chipped and dirty.

I have never had to give a one star review to one of my guests until now. While we try to make every stay perfect, there are things that can get overlooked. However, your comments and pictures sent to me throughout the weekend were over the top, inconsiderate, and not fair. You should comment that we are in record rainfall currently. That causes the grass to grow quickly (getting 4 inches now) and water to pool. It also causes bugs (of which you saw one) to come out. To err on the side of caution I have had the house sprayed but the exterminator echoed the sentiments above and noted that many homes have pooling water in the yards, making them impossible to treat. If you sit around and nit pick each and every item, I am sure you can find a lot of imperfections. I am a superhost with 7 properties, and I will just let all our other reviews speak for themselves. Upon arrival, you did not ask to leave or for a refund, but just thought to bother me (including complaining about an animal that ran out from a bush in the yard). A hotel may be the best option for you in the future. If, in the midst of the nitpicky things, I can find ways to improve, I will certainly try to do so. With all due respect. Celeste

Home from home

We are visiting for access to Norman medical facilities. It was so nice having a house to use. We got one day to see Oklahoma City. Dollar general steps away from the home. Host Celeste has been really wonderful. Would recommend!

Lovely spot close to campus

This little house is cozy and close to campus making it a great spot for visiting Norman. The owner was extremely helpful, especially helping find and return a necklace left behind. It was nice having a full kitchen and living room--much nicer than a hotel.
