Sunny main floor of house on Laporte Ave! Only a couple blocks to Little Restaurant and Beaver's Market and just a bit further to City Park and the Poudre River Trail. Close to CSU! The Downtown area is about a mile and a nice walk through historic neighborhoods. Don't forget about the Saturday Farmer's Market which runs March - October!
The 100+ year old house still maintains a lot of original charm and is being lovingly renovated bit by bit. The two bedrooms are set up with comfort in mind and the full bath has everything you need for your stay. A spacious living area provides comfortable seating and a tv for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. An enclosed porch is a nice place to enjoy the cool evenings and a futon/sofa can be used as additional sleeping space during warmer months. About the host
Hosted by Shannon Westcott

Fort Collins has been my home since 2005. I've enjoyed raising my children here and love living in the Old Town area. I also love to travel and have been to three continents and quite a few states. I enjoy staying in VRBO's because it gives me a better sense of what the area and community are really like. I'm so happy to be a host and give travelers a taste of life in Fort Collins!
Why they chose this property
This is my favorite area of Fort Collins. It's walkable or a quick bike to Downtown, CSU, City Park or hop on the Poudre Trail and in a traditional neighborhood with old houses.
