Location! Location! Location!
If you're like me, spending a little more to be in the middle of all the excitement is worth it. Our condo is located in the Town Pointe Condominiums, 1000 Park Avenue adjacent to Park Station. Built in 2002, they are one of the newest in the Historic District of Old Town Park City. Walk 1 block to where all the action is on Park City’s Main Street, hop on the Park City Town Lift or enjoy the best in world-class restaurants, galleries & shopping.

Interior Features . . .
Newly remodeled with all new flooring, decor, appliances, ultra-comfortable mattresses, soft AND firm pillows, and all-new high-quality linens. The interior of our condo is custom painted, offers dimmable recessed lighting throughout to set the evening mood, upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, solid Alder wood cabinets with black wrought iron hardware, black and stainless steel-front appliances, quartz countertop & backsplash, and fully stocked kitchen for the best-ever vacation experience. Relax in front of the cozy stone-hearth gas fireplace from the posh crushed velvet sofa. Floor-to-ceiling custom solid mahogany louvers offer privacy with luxury for the right mood in mind when you want it. And when you don't, slide them to the corners & open up the views of falling snow and skiers coming down the mountain. There are 50" smart flatscreen TVs in 2 bedrooms and a 55" Samsung Curve TV in the living room with free Netflix, Amazon, HBO, and is Firestick or AppleTV capable. Stay connected, if you must, through Free Wireless Internet. The foyer closet is equipped with a ski/board rack, plenty of shelves for boots, and even an electric outlet to plug in boot dryers (not supplied). There are plenty of hooks, shelves, drawers for all your gear, hats, gloves, goggles and stuff.

The Deck Spa . . .
After a fabulous day of pounding the moguls, carving the knee-deep powder, navigating the steeps & trees, riding the rails & stoking the pipe. . . or whatever floats your boat, there's nothing like coming home to a newly-installed steamy bubblin' 6 person 43-jet 'Hot Spring' salt-water spa/hot tub on the deck that overlooks the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort.

Car/SUV. . . handy, but not required!
If you drive or rent a car/SUV, park it ground-level parking garage in the assigned parking spot & take the elevator to the unit level. NO SHOVELING or Resort Parking Fees to worry about.

If you are planning to get a shuttle van, Lyft or Uber ($45+) from the Salt Lake City Airport, it’s a breeze! For larger groups, the Resort Ride Services are right at the airport baggage claim. Rates generally start around $55pp each way. Your group and all your baggage & gear will be loaded onto the shuttle van and in a short 30-minute drive up Rte 80, you will be taken to The Town Pointe Condominiums where the driver backs right up to the ground-level parking garage elevator door where your bags are unloaded directly into the elevator and all you have to do is push the button to 1 floor up and you are at your condo.

Free Park City Transit
The bus stop is on Park Avenue visible from the condo deck. It's right in front of our condo. Busses come about every 7 minutes or so to take you to any 3 of Utah’s World-Class Ski Resorts: Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort & Canyons Village Resort as well as Utah Olympic Park, Redstone Village (Park City’s newest planned village known as Park City’s “other” Main Street), Tanger Outlets (over 60 brand name outlet stores). The Transit Bus runs continuously with several routes that stop at grocery stores, state liquor stores, movie theaters, ski shops, outlet shops & virtually everywhere in Park City Valley. Don’t forget to go tubing at Soldiers Hollow, Park City Tubing Park and the NEW Woodward Park City, all within 10-15 minutes by shuttle or car. It’s great fun!

City Park in the Summer
We are located on the Rail Trail (macadam surface) alongside a meandering babbling brook that is magical. The City Park is less than a 5-minute walk. The summers are full of activity including a world-class skatepark (skating, skateboarding & trick biking). Even if you don't participate, it's a hoot to watch the talented locals who are phenomenal. Tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, baseball field, and picnic gazebos with grills for cookouts & parties. The Rail Trail goes for miles in each direction for hiking, skateboarding or biking fun. Bike rentals are available everywhere from downhill extreme biking to city/mountain bikes. Electric-powered City Bikes are everywhere to just swipe and ride (even uphill). In summer evenings, the City Park holds FREE quaint picnic-style concerts at the Park City Park Band Stage from bluegrass to The FREE BEETHOVEN FESTIVAL CHAMBER MUSIC IN THE PARK (did I mention it's a 5-minute walk?) Bring a family picnic backpack on Monday evenings at 6 p.m. (hint: go 1/2 hour early for a good spot. What could be more wonderful than enjoying music by your favorite composers performed for you by acclaimed classical solo artists from around the world.
