Nice house in good location!
We rented this property as a family of four and enjoyed our stay. Initial communications with the owner were promt and detailed which was appreciated. The house is located in a quiet, residential location which suited us well and the islands, La Rochelle and the beaches were close by and plentiful.
Generally the house was in good order and well equipped with large TV, Nespress0 (home from home for us) and well laid out kitchen with pretty much everything we needed. Outside there is plenty of space and the use of a weber kettle for bbq's whch we made full use of, despite the weather.
Plenty to do around the local area and the aquarium was excellent, especially in the evening when much quieter.
The property was largely clean, though kitchen surfaces were in need of a wipe and bbq hadn't been emptied from previous occupancy, as seasoned self catering holidayers it wasn't much to concern us about. Bedrooms, bathrooms were spotless and the outdoor furniture was clean and tidy and ready to use.
We'd recommend and happily stay again in Aytre!
