Flooded with 10 windows, it is open to the sky and offers an unobstructed view of the Cancale skyline. Its large terrace overlooks the garden and offers views of the famous church steeple.
Located in a very quiet area, it is only 7 minutes from the center and 10 minutes walk from the port. It has a private parking: no need for his car to enjoy the 40 restaurants of the "swell" and shops in the center. A large Super U with Drive is a 3 minute drive and a Carrefour Market near the Church. The market (Wednesday and Sunday) with its local and organic producers is the most dynamic of the region in season.
The cottage is on the first floor of a large old house and typical Cancale, completely renovated and decorated with taste and standing in 2019: neat contemporary atmosphere (oak staircase, flooring imitation floors, original wallpapers and paintings assorted, furniture carefully selected ).
You will appreciate its room of life of more than 40 m ², bright at any hour: vast living room, opened kitchen, stay prolonged by a terrace of 16 m ² (big opening with door with partitioning). The volume of this main room is accentuated by its height, its roof windows, its mezzanine and its glass roof.
Two comfortable rooms of 14 and 12 m² can accommodate 4 to 5 people (1 bed 160 and 2 beds of 80 cm can be combined + an extra bed + a cot). All bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival, and housekeeping is included.
A pleasant bathroom with shower of 120 cm, window and view on the roofs, with design decoration and warm start the day with enthusiasm, before going to breakfast on the sunny terrace in the morning.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezing for ice cream, etc. All you need to enjoy seafood, fish and small dishes of your preparation in all serenity.
Cancale is the ideal and central base for visiting the whole region: Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Mont-Saint-Michel and all its bay (Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne, etc.). The path of customs takes you along the sea to the Pointe du Grouin: an unforgettable ballad.
The gastronomes will feast: more than 50 restaurants in the immediate vicinity (including some starred). Enjoy the famous seafood (oysters, spiders, whelks, shells, clams, clams ...), fish, meat and vegetables of the region.
