Easy access to all the trails

This location was perfect for getting to all tje Bentonville trails and it is on the Back 40. The property was super clean and spacious.

Wonderful little house in super location

Absolutely wonderful. The only negatives that we had were really minor.There were no dishes for the bar soap in the bathrooms and no liquid soap dispensers either. Also, the little hook near the shower for holding the bath towel had been removed and not replaced.Also, we did not find coasters on which to put our drinks.As I wrote earlier, these were really minor things and they did not detract substantially from the joy of our stay.

Great place - perfect for mountain bikers!

This is such a lovely place that’s situated within a mountain biker’s dream. The back patio was serene (try to get an even number). The bedrooms were spacious, and comfortable. The only thing I noticed is the listing said it’s essentially “fully stocked”. In our case (at least) we didn’t have shampoo/conditioner in either bathroom, toothpaste, spices, etc. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, location, communication with the owner. Great place!

Nice, clean property.

We've stayed in this group of cabins a couple times and it's been great. The only complaint we had was the a/c was broken, but the property manager let us know in advance, gave us the option of a partial refund or canceling. It's a nice, quiet location with bike trails directly behind the even numbered cabins. Very clean. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed this property immensely!!! It was the perfect spot for family to gather for Christmas when we came into Arkansas from Montana!!
