VICCARS is Semi-Oceanfront, tucked back at the end of a cul de sac for peaceful vacation.

The VICCARS at Ships Watch is a 3-bedroom home with our Pamlico III floorplan. With almost 2800+ sqft of inside vacation space and about 1000 outside decking space you will want to come back every year.

The Entry level features all of the bedrooms: one KING suite, one QUEEN suite and one bedroom suite with 2 TWINS. Each of the suites have covered deck access. This level also includes the Laundry.

Entertaining on the Upper Level in the Great Room which includes the living area (with wet bar and seasonal use fireplace), dining area, and gourmet kitchen. Slip onto the spacious sun deck to catch some restoring rays or tuck away on the screened porch and refresh with ocean breezes. There is also a powder room on this level.

Cozy and close to the beach

Lovely home in great condition! Been staying in Ships Watch for 30 years and this is our favorite home by far!
