Bon emplacement mais résidence très bruyante
Tout est dans le titre. l'immeuble dispose de plusieurs cages ouvertes servant de diffuseur de bruit (ces cages ouvertes sont d'ailleurs un facteur aggravant en risque d'incendie)
Les fenêtres et les murs ne sont pas isolés. Nous sentons la fumée de cigarettes des voisins... Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du coût de la prestation, même pour une ville comme Barcelone.
