Vacation home on the island of Oléron

New house located 1.1 km from the city center, 1.8 km from the beach, and 500 m from the bike paths. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden with a private heated pool of 5x3, with a secure cover. On the ground floor, there is a living room with TV and kitchen, 3 bedrooms with beds of 140 and 1 bed of 120, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 separate toilet, and a storage room. On the first floor, there is an office with TV, 1 master bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Garage and parking available. WIFI. End of stay cleaning is optional at the price of 100€. House linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, and dishcloths) are available at 25€ per person as an option. Upon arrival, a cleaning/trash deposit of 130€ will be requested by the concierge to prevent excess cleaning. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure if the house is in acceptable condition. There is a possibility to rent bicycles at a preferential rate or other services through the concierge.
Minimum stay of 7 nights in July and August and 5 nights minimum for the rest of the year.
