Luxury apartment located in the residential complex ALMADRAVA PLAYA, on the seafront with direct access to the beach (10m). The residential complex has a large green area with gardens and pool. The apartment consists of 2 rooms (one double 150cm) and the other with 4 beds of 90 cm, a bathroom with a large shower and sink with a large piece of furniture; American kitchen equipped (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine etc) and has a large dining room and terrace. It has closed private parking (in the same building), WIFI connection, air conditioning.
A supermarket is 5 minutes away on foot. On the beach there are bars and restaurants. The Cap de Creus nature reserve is a 20-minute walk from the apartment. The center of Roses is 4 km away. Empuriabrava is 5 km away, where you can practice activities such as "The Wind Tunnel", "Skydive-Skydive", "Flyboard", "Segway", "Dive" and many others. Girona airport is 1 hour away by car.

Apartamento fantastico en una localizacion unica

Ha sido un gran acierto pasar una semana en este apartamento. Separado de la playa por solo un jardin, el apartamento tiene una vista espectacular al mar. Esta muy bien equipado. Repetiremos sin duda.

Top Lage am Almadraba-Strand bei Roses

Ideal für Badeferien mit Familie. Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung durch die Vermieterin Margarida. Im Juli ist Roses stark mit Franzosen bevölkert, die ihren Nationalfeiertag und weitere Feste lautstark bis in die Morgenstunden am Strand feiern. Insgesamt aber erholsame Ferien.

Localisation idéale

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour familial dans cet appartement (2 semaines en août 2018) La description de l'annonce correspond parfaitement à la réalité : 2 chambres agréables, cuisine bien équipée (vaisselles, ustensiles, casseroles , ...) vue sur mer dégagée, localisation 1ère ligne, et résidence bénéficiant de toutes les commodités : parking, espace vert, piscine et accès fermé à la plage. A quelques minutes à pieds possibilité d'accéder à une supérette et d'acheter du pain frais, pizza, ... Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire (elle même présente à l'arrive et au départ). Nous recommandons donc cette annonce.

Tres bon accueil de Margarida dans cet appartement extrêmement agréable, bien conçu et très bien équipé. Belle vue sur la baie et la plage tres facilement accessible, Environnement splendide accessible à pied parc national ; criques.... par ailleurs, la résidence est parfaitement entretenue et sécurisée; une tres bonne adresse !
