Charming house with private terrace in the heart of Venice

Charming and romantic house, in the heart of Venice, with private terrace that can accommodate up to two people.
The maisonette, accessible from the living room of the house, with a subsequent double bedroom and bathroom, is available for groups of three to four people.
The house and maisonette overlook their private terrace and are located in a Venetian building of the 16th century, a few steps from the activities, the San Tomà vaporetto station, San Pantalon Salizzada with its small restaurants and pastries, Campo San Rocco, Frari church and Campo Santa Margherita.
The terrace, decorated with palm trees, flowers, orange trees, will allow you to enjoy precious moments after your walks and enjoy a quiet cocktail or breakfast.
The house: in the bedroom, the tropical style meets the old Venetian stones. The bathroom is very spacious (14 square meters with double sink, bath / shower and separate toilet). The kitchen is equipped to prepare a tasty meal. The living / dining room is equipped with TV, books, sofa, table with four seats.
The house: from the living room you access the house which is characterized by light and fresh colors and which consists of a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower "walk-in".
The floor is wooden in the bedrooms and in the living room, ceramic in the bathrooms, kitchen and entrance.
Either in the house or in the maisonette you will find the old beams that characterize most Venetian houses.
Air conditioning, mosquito nets, hair dryer, coffee maker and washing machine will be at your disposal. Sheets and towels are provided.
The house and maisonette were renovated in February 2018.
