Beautiful villa with pool in BIARRITZ/BIDART.
Ideally located at the limit of Biarritz-Bidart, this house on one level is located in a recent and charming housing estate.
With an area of 145 m², it consists of 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7, 2 bathrooms, a large living room (52m²): an American kitchen and a living-dining room with an extendable table (3m long , possibility to eat 12 people). The external annexes consist of a swimming pool of 9mx4m, heated (28-30 °), a large terrace with garden table (8 places), a landscaped garden (tropical style). The house has a large private parking (up to 5 cars).
Various equipment: plancha, baby equipment, sports equipment (basketball hoop, badminton net ...).
Geographic location :
- 10 minutes from the beaches of Bidart
- 10 minutes from the center of Biarritz, Anglet, Bayonne
- 5 minutes from supermarkets (Leclerc Iraty ...)
- 5 minutes from the Dock shops of the Négresse (butcher's shop, fishmonger's shop, fresh market, cheese factory ...)
- 4 minutes from Biarritz train station
- 6 minutes from the airport
- Bus stop at the entrance to the subdivision (line 8)
