Residence ATHENA - 3-storey building without lift - Secure car park with barrier and digital code at the entrance to the building.
The one-bedroom apartment (55 m²) is located on the first floor - private numbered parking space.
It is laid out as follows:
Entrance hall leading to a spacious living room on the right with dining area, television and 140 cm sofa bed.
Kitchenette area with gas hob, oven and microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster, fridge/freezer.
On the left is a hallway with a large storage cupboard and the sleeping area with a bedroom and 140 cm bed; cabin equipped with a 90 cm bunk bed, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.
This rental is designed to sleep up to 6 people.
Pets welcome (maximum 1).
Beautiful terrace with garden furniture overlooking Maillol beach.
Close to restaurants (in season, terraces set up on the beach), shops and the Tuesday and Friday market.
Ideal location as everything can be done on foot!
Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged.
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
