Both the master en-suite bathroom and guest bathroom features large modern dual vanities, sleek toilets with soft closing seats and large 12” rainfall showers for an ultimate soothing experience. We provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, cotton squares, and even makeup remover pads.

The well-appointed interiors showcase a quintessential dual-faced Midcentury stone gas fireplace that faces the living and dining room at the same time.

Both master bedrooms feature king beds, and the 2 guest rooms have CalKing and queen beds. All feature blackout drapes and/or top-down bottom-up shades and down pillows for the master suite. There are carry-on luggage racks and cloth hangers inside every bedroom closet for your convenience.

The wide hallway kitchen comes with a side by side refrigerator and freezer, 4 burner electric cooktop and an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Cooking and dining ware, dishwashing, and cleaning essentials, and trash bags are provided.

For guests traveling with some business: Adjacent to the kitchen is a built-in desk next to power and USB outlets ready for your laptop and mobile printers.

Nightly Rates and other fees

Total nightly rates, cleaning fees, and other extras are subject to a mandatory 11.5% City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax and 1% County of Riverside Tourism Assessment Fee.

Prices fluctuate daily according to demand. The pool can be heated upon request and with a 2-night heating minimum (Extra daily night pool and spa heating fees apply to the entire length of stay and to be requested at least 5 days before check-in date, fees may change depending on current market price of natural gas).

Dogs are welcome but they have to be pre-approved, well-behaved, and flea-free, $100 each/day. Please confirm that guests will not allow their pets on beds and furniture. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration.

The home is along the fairway, the property does get golf balls. Please be warned that golfers may attempt to retrieve their balls inside the property and could ask your permission to do so.
