"Vida Sana" is a cozy apartment with spectacular and romantic views of the sea, with a garden with a hammock, facing the sea and in a quiet environment. This apartment has a maximum capacity for 4 people. It is ideal for couples and families who want to rest in a quiet area and enjoy the sea and the sun.

Vida Sana is located in the quiet luxury residential area of Alcanada. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a private parking space and a large garden, right next to the sea. It is the perfect place to enjoy the breeze in the hammock.

This bright and well designed apartment has been completely renovated in 2010. In it you will find a bedroom (with a double bed of 180 cm x 200 cm), a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with space for 4 people and a very comfortable living room. It has flat satellite TV with international channels and free Wi-Fi.

From the living room you can see the sea, but the best place to enjoy the Mediterranean is the 15 m2 terrace with spectacular views of the garden and the sea, a special space where the tranquility of the Mediterranean sea of Alcanada reigns. On the terrace you will find an outdoor dining table, an umbrella and a barbecue to make evenings an even more magical experience.

Vida Sana is located in a residential area where you can find one of the most beautiful natural beaches of the north of Mallorca; and from there you can walk to the Marina, the port ..

The longest beach in Mallorca, the beach of Puerto de Alcudia (12 km long) is only 900 meters away from the apartment. There you can enjoy all kinds of sports activities such as windsurfing, paddle surfing, sailing, glass bottom boats, diving as well as good restaurants, cafes, boutiques ... And also for children there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions. And nearby are banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies.

The marina of Puerto Alcudia is also nearby. You can not miss the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant walk seeing small boats of traditional fishermen and modern luxury yachts. There is also a crafts market every night, and very good restaurants and cocktail bars.

You can also visit the historical monuments of the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater or the medieval walls of the city of Alcudia.

If you are a nature lover, be sure to visit the largest natural park in Mallorca, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta, a few kilometers away. There are also a lot of hiking trails in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix ...

La tranquilidad del sitio, aunque se oie todo de los vecinos Mar limpio Poca gente por non aver una playa Un toldo daria mas espacio y liberta en la pequeña terrazza Un espejo pegado al interior de una puerta es el modo mas simple para verse entero

Super emplacement avec belle vue mer

L’emplacement est idéal et la vue mer géniale. L’appartement aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement car c’est plutôt vieillot mais conforme aux photos sur le site.

Great View and checkin procedure, everything else not so much..

Great View! Easy and streamlined check-in Is great. to have a parking spot. The house is very old, but I think it can be improved a LOT with little effort and little money. We found the house not so clean, with dead insects everywhere, many ants in the kitchen. Also the bedroom, the bathroom, the dishes and the silverware was pretty dirty, also one towel. It's quite a pity, because the location is great, but an old ouse does't mean it need to be so scruffy and shabby. For this price I think it's fair to expect more aside a great view.

En lidt træt gammel lejlighed,lidt beskidt i køkkenskabe/beskidte glas. Men terrassen nød vi meget,skøn udsigt til havet og palmer. Soveværelset kunne godt trænge til en ny seng og madras.

Ist ein sehr nettes Appartement. Mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Allerdings riecht es etwas müffelig, feucht - sollte man sich drum kümmern. Wäre schade! Pluspunkt an dieser Wohnung ist die direkte Meernähe.
