All amenities, (wifi / tv / washing machine / dishwasher / microwave / fridge / dryer etc.) One step away from the best shopping area and 5 minutes from downtown, next to bus and train station, one step away from the famous laurel street .. The building does not have garages, but the previous number rents places at reasonable prices
