Room was spotlessly clean and smelled clean. It was more attractive than the pictures portrayed. Great place to stay and quiet and nice complex. Provided close proximity to Arches and Canyonlands. Would definitely stay there again.

The unit was clean. well equiped and close to the golf course. We were there for a two day golf tournament, the location is great and not far from downtown. I did miss in the initial information that the two bedrooms were upstairs and shared one bathroom. Something to keep in mind when determining the shared space. Initially we planned on 4 people but ended up with just two, so all worked out well. The outside patio is nice for sitting also.

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home in Moab. The location was great, the property was quiet and the home had everything we needed. The hosts were in great contact so everything went smoothly. We definitely plan on staying again next year!

This place much better than pictures. They might try to improve pictures to get more attractive because this place was much nicer than pictures. Everything good, just not have much of the view but you get out and canyon view are right there. 😊

Very clean and well-appointed unit that was easy to access. Having a well-supplied kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of space to stretch out and relax is a plus, particularly after a busy day exploring all that the area has to offer.The neighborhood was quiet and just a short drive away from Arches National Park and the town of Moab which offers some great restaurants and shops.Indeed, a very comfortable stay!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in Kim’s Kiva and we’ve had a good experience both times. Host is very responsive, unit is clean and the community pool is a big plus!
