Really nice House with beautiful Garden and Pool

We really enjoyed our stay, this is really a nice house and the garden and pool are very beautiful and provide perfect privacy. The house is very well equipped, you will really find everything you need like perfect kitchen equipment, bikes, table tennis, games, plancha etc. The communication was perfect, really caring but not disturbing at all. Thank you Jocelyn and Frédérique!

Mold

Ground floor was a garage turned in 2 rooms, but partially used to store bikes, so it was a combination of intense living mold and tyres and dust. Mold all over the exterior wall and near the door, inside around the boiler. Upstair they added a curtain and split the living room area, selling that small space allowing to only add a bed, as a separate bedroom. Our children slept on the terrace, using the sun beds. Horrible night! From minute 1 we asked to cancel it.

Schönes Haus mit bitteren Ende

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht um zu Leben.Die Besitzerin antwortet schnell und gibt ausfĂŒhrliche Informationen zum Aufenthalt.Das Buch im Haus ist auch sehr informativ.Mitte der ersten Woche kam ein Mann zur Pool Reinigung.Das wurde uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt.Etwas seltsam wenn da ein fremder Mann im Garten werkelt&sich dann nicht vorstellt.FĂŒr eine Villa die fĂŒr 8 Personen ausgelegt ist,ist fĂŒr oben und unten ein SchlĂŒssel definitiv zu wenig.Und ĂŒber die Zusammensetzung des Hauses haben wir 3Tage vor Ankunft erfahren.Es wĂ€re fĂŒr die Mieter sicherlich schön zu wissen das ein anderes Stockwerk auf einer ganz anderen eben zu finden ist. Der Bittere Beigeschmack kam dann als wir uns noch Sachen in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Erstmal gab es wohl auf HandtĂŒchern&Laken Flecken die nicht gereinigt werden konnten.Ich denke mit einen vernĂŒnftigen Bleich Mittel fĂŒr die WĂ€sche&90 Grad wĂ€re das getan.FĂŒr72 Euro WĂ€sche Service erwartet man evtl. auch eine zweiten Waschgang wenn es nicht sauber geht. Dann bezahlten wir fĂŒr die Endreinigung 170 Euro!FĂŒr 170 Euro werden wir also nicht den Boden schrubben oder irgendwelche Reinigung machen. Wir sollen aber nochmal 56 Euro fĂŒr die Reinigung bezahlen,weil es so verschmutzt war. 28 Euro Stundenlohn wird hier angesetzt . Was ich kaum glauben kann bei dem Mindestlohn in Frankreich! Mir dann aber noch zu schreiben die 170 Euro sind obligatorisch ist am Ende dann nur Frech! Wenn die Vermieter von einer Endreingung was anderes verstehen sollten sie es so kommunizieren.Mir hat die Vermieterin geschrieben das sie als nĂ€chstes im Haus sein werden.Ich denke daher das,die Menschen die hier putzen einfach noch einen drauf gelegt haben fĂŒr die Reinigung&wir dafĂŒr bezahlen dĂŒrften.Vielleicht wĂ€re das Leben von Vermieter&Mieter einfacher wenn jemand bei der Ankunft und Abfahrt dabei ist und es alles angeschaut wird.Aber im spĂ€teren Sachen zu reklamieren,die man nicht mehr nachweisen kann ist nicht fair.Alles in einem super frech 170 Euro fĂŒr eine Reinigung zu verlangen und noch zu wollen das die Mieter alles putzen.Am Ende war die Vermieterin auch nicht mehr zu einem Richtigen Dialog bereit.Ich sagte ihr auch das mein Mann als wir ankamen erstmal die Umgeworfen MĂŒlltonne und den Inhalt aufsammeln musste, weil die nicht richtig befestigt wurde. Gibt es da auch einen Stundenlohn von 28 Euro fĂŒr meinen Mann? Den so startet doch ein schöner Urlaub. Erstmal MĂŒll aufsammeln :/

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vor allem die Lage des GrundstĂŒcks ohne direkt angrenzende GĂ€rten, sowie der Pool und die Terrasse waren klasse. Ohne Klimaanlage wird es vor allem in der oberen Etage Nachts sehr heiss und ohne MĂŒckengitter war auch LĂŒften nur sehr bedingt zu empfehlen. Dies hat die Erholung etwas geschmĂ€lert. Dennoch bleibt ein klasse Eindruck eines wirklich tollen Hauses. Vielen Dank!!

Schönes Haus

Wir hatten ein Ferienhaus fĂŒr unseren Familienurlaub am Meer gesucht und gefunden. Das Haus hat eine echt tolle Lage und auch der Pool ist sehr schön. Wie in der Hausbeschreibung steht, verfĂŒgt das Haus ĂŒber 3 Zimmer und einer Couchbett-Ecke. Das war fĂŒr uns 5 Ideal. Allerdings befinden sich die Zimmer auf 2 Ebenen, die nur ĂŒber eine Außentreppe zu erreichen sind. Es handelt sich hier eigentlich um 2 separate Wohnungen. Das hat uns sehr gewundert, denn das war so nicht beschrieben. Wir haben dann die Ă€lteren Kinder oben gelassen und sind mit dem JĂŒngsten nach unten. Da es nur einen SchlĂŒssel gibt, war das Abschließen in der Nacht so ein Problem. Das Haus selber ist gepflegt und die KĂŒche ist TOP ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern war super und und sie haben sich immer sofort gekĂŒmmert. Der Urlaub war super ! Vielen Dank an Michel, Jocelyn und Frederique. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ideale Ferienvilla fĂŒr Familienurlaub

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Hanglage mit teilweise Meerblick von der großen Terrasse. Ideal ausgestattet fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit der Familie. Wir waren zu fĂŒnft, daher hatten wir viel Platz. Wir haben den Pool und die NĂ€he zum schönen Sandstrand sehr genossen. Einige Ausflugsziele an der CĂŽte d'Azur und in der Provence sind gut zu erreichen. Unkomplizierte und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Französisch und Englisch). Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen die Villa weiter!

séjour en famille

La villa est propre et spacieuse (espace salon petit mais on n'y reste pas souvent). La literie est confortable et c'est trĂšs agrĂ©able de trouver les lits faits Ă  l'arrivĂ©e et les serviettes de toilettes en quantitĂ© gĂ©nĂ©reuses pour chaque voyageur. Il y a plein de jeux et livres pour les enfants, ils ont beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ©. Il fait bon dans la maison malgrĂ© l'absence de climatisation. Les ventilateurs de plafond permettent de bien dormir. Il faut 10 minutes Ă  pieds pour se rendre Ă  la plage de La Gaillarde par un chemin piĂ©ton sĂ©curisĂ©. Les criques aux alentours sont magnifiques. Bon Ă  savoir: - Pas de commerces accessibles Ă  pied. Le quartier animĂ© des Issambres est San Peire, sinon il faut aller vers Saint Aygulf (environ 6 min en voiture dans les deux sens) - Les deux niveaux de la maisons ne communiquent pas de l'intĂ©rieur il faut sortir et faire le tour en prenant les escaliers. Un peu problĂ©matique la nuit. problĂšmes rencontrĂ©s: - La piscine n'a Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©e qu'une seule fois en dĂ©but de sĂ©jour. J'ai envoyĂ© un message au gĂ©rant pour savoir comment fonctionnait l'aspirateur pour nettoyer le fond mais pas de rĂ©ponse. - Mes enfants ont chahutĂ© bruyamment dans la piscine un mercredi entre 15h et 16h. Ce n'est arrivĂ© qu'une fois mais les voisins ont immĂ©diatement demandĂ© aux propriĂ©taires de nous rappeler Ă  l'ordre. Sachez qu'il n'est pas non plus possible d'Ă©couter de la musique autour de la piscine pour prĂ©server le calme du quartier. - Pour jeter les poubelles, nous aurions aimĂ© ĂȘtre mieux informĂ©s. Il y a des sangliers la nuit qui renversent les poubelles. Ne sachant pas cela au dĂ©part, nous avons dĂ» ramasser au petit matin notre premiĂšre poubelle Ă©parpillĂ©e grouillant d'insectes. Ensuite nous avons trouvĂ© les conteneurs, nous y avons posĂ© les poubelles et les avons sanglĂ© au grillage mais le lendemain mĂȘme surprise les sangliers ont rĂ©ussi Ă  tout renverser (mĂȘme en attachant trĂšs fort) Nous Ă©tions Ă©tonnĂ©s que les Ă©boueurs ne passent pas pour vider. Le gĂ©rant m'explique que si la poubelle est difficilement accessible les Ă©boueurs ne s'embĂȘtent pas. Il faut donc jeter les poubelle dans les conteneurs publics donc marcher 10 minutes avec vos poubelles lourdes sous la chaleur ou les mettre dans la voiture (pour des poubelles de plusieurs jours pleines de fourmis c'est difficile). Nous avons tout de mĂȘme passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour hormis ce problĂšme avec les poubelles.

Prachtige ligging

Geweldige week met een super uitzicht over de bergen en de zee. Rustige omgeving. Op loopafstand van het strand. Klein supermarktje en 2 goede restaurantsin de buurt. Moderne apparatuur. Zonde dat er geen Bbq aanwezig was. Puntjes van kritiek: pedante urinelucht op toiletten.
