Comfortable gîte, sleeps 7/12, with private pool. SPA option
- Come and swim all year round thanks to its on-site balneotherapy area and optional, winter and summer in this beautiful air-conditioned country villa (very appreciable in summer) and located in the middle of a greenery, so take advantage of the calm and the beauty of the landscapes offered by this countryside.
- the accommodation therefore has a private heated swimming pool, free and with free and open access from June to September depending on the weather, a large thatched hut 12 people close to it as well as an equipped summer kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, gas stove ... + plancha and barbecue.
In front of the house and at the kitchen level is a large garden and a large tiled terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. The swimming pool is located above the house, so it is not accessible for young children if the gate to the large garden is kept closed.
- At your disposal and as an option (for prices, see my site: hygge-en-perigord point fr), you will find a balneo area with a heated Nordic hot tub, an infrared sauna and cocooning chalet with its lounge area , its wc and its bathroom to relax.
The house and its balneotherapy area are open all year round and we will be happy to welcome you to our beautiful region.
- Parking in front of the house and possibility to leave motorcycles safe in a room

- household linen € 4 for a bath towel and a towel.
- a cleaning fee of 130 € will be requested.
The house is very spacious and pleasant for spending holidays with family or friends and you will find multiple leaflets as well gastronomic, cultural or sporting in order to best prepare your stay.
- Périgueux is 15km away so come and discover our exceptional terroir rich in history and its various gastronomic products.
- The greenway, a cycle path also accessible to wheelchairs and pedestrians, is 3 km from the house. You can get there by bike or leave your vehicle nearby.
