Beautiful duplex home in Key Colony Beach. Key Colony Beach is a small, friendly, walkable island with easy access to local restaurants, Cabana Club and Sunset Park. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is fully equipped, modern and comfortable.

*Both sides of this duplex home are available to rent together (P63 & P64). As a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 kitchen home; guests can spread out, enjoy a little extra privacy and still take advantage of the full range of amenities this home and surrounding area offers.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Had everything!

This place was super clean and probably the most well stocked Vrbo I’ve ever rented. We cooked alot and the kitchen had everything. We didn’t pack beach towels due to space, it had those too. Fishing rods were there for the teens to fish off the dock. Cabana club across the street for a swim. Marathon was a great choice for our stay as we “key hopped”. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location!

Our stay was wonderful! Loved the location and being on the canal. Quick ride out to the water and fishing spots. Close to public boat ramp. House was clean. The kitchen cabinets could use a little maintenance. The cabinet doors when opened/closed would not sit correctly and have to be adjusted. Some of the drawers didn’t slide easily. Otherwise the property was perfect!

Summer vacation

We loved the porch and waterway area. TV's in all bedrooms would have been nice. 2 bedrooms did not have them. After a long day of excursions, relaxing in the bedrooms watching a little TV would have been appreciated. Pool area was pleasant, but not being able to take your own beverages and food was costly. Only beach access was through pool area, which closed at 5 or 7 according to days.

Marathon vat

Great location. The PM checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was well. Rented a boy and spent time at Sombrero reef, the sand bar and did some fishing. Relaxing vacation.

It was nice. The. Mattresses and sheets were actually pretty bad. The coffee pot should be updated. The upstairs bath toilet was loose the bathroom accommodations were okay at best and we couldn’t find the light for outside stairs

Great couple of weeks in the KCB

We have stayed in various houses in Key Colony Beach over the past 20 years and this is as nice as any of them. Our vacation centers around the pool and beach at the Cabana Club and its only a couple hundred feet away from there.

Respite from Quarantine

Just what we needed after the Covid 19 quarantine. Very comfortable for the 6 adults, easy access by boat to both the Gulf and Atlantic. Friendly neighbors next door. Clean and roomy. Would stay again.

The house was exactly as represented. Sleeping arrangements were great--love the three king-sized beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Half a block from one restaurant and the beach club. This location had everything we needed.
