comfortable and pleasant

The house is very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. we just regretted the lack of a vacuum cleaner (or maybe we didn't find it). The outdoor lounge is wonderful. the little attentions of the hosts were very appreciated (document with the indications of things to do and points of interest, house decorated for Christmas with a tree ...). I highly recommend and will stay there again if we return to San Diego!

A+ property in A+ location

The location is absolutely perfect. The place is walking distance from Chula Vista downtown, 15 min drive from Imperial Beach and 20 min from San Diego downtown. The house is very cozy, looks exactly like the listing pictures. There is a huge covered patio with a fire pit and a TV.

Great winter stay

We had a great time in Chula Vista. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen and restrooms were well stocked. Overall I had a great time and found the house to be a relaxing place to finish the day.

Hello! Hope you enjoy our beautiful home. My husband and I purchased this home while we lived in Europe, while on assignment with the U.S. government. Once I retired, we returned to Chula Vista, where I was born and raised, to be close to my elderly parents. My family grew to include a husband, two kids, three goats, 4 chickens, and two rabbits. So, we moved to Bonita where our love for animals and organic farm life could continue to expand.

Why they chose this property

The house is warm and inviting. You will feel at home in this house as it is beautifully furnished for design and comfort.
I keep the house extremely clean and the garden full of herbs and vegetables for your culinary delights.
The trees are always bearing fruit. There is a lime tree, a Myer lemon tree, and a fig tree.

What makes this property unique

Unique benefits of the property includes close proximity to city life, while still providing a home away from home ambiance. You have access to fresh organic herbs and veggies from the garden, as well as a short drive to Sprouts, Albertson's, etc. The outdoor living space is a true extension of the house. Plenty of room for sitting around the fire pit. Perfect for eating al fresco, watching a movie, or simply relaxing under the lights of the Italian chandeliers. The space heaters keep the area warm when its cold and ceiling fans keep it cool when its hot.
