Magnificent family house with sea view, 200 m from the port

House ideally located 200m from the old port of Saint Quay and its beach, large market every Monday at 300m, Many other beaches between 10 and 20 minutes on foot, restaurants, fishmongers, municipal tennis, cinema, supermarket you can do everything at foot.
Composed of a large living room with sea view and a fireplace, a large fully equipped kitchen our house is ideal for reunions with friends or family gatherings.
On the first floor you will find 3 beautiful double bedrooms, 2 with a magnificent sea view, as well as a bathroom and WC.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms including a dormitory with 2 bunk beds and one with a trundle bed, a beautiful bathroom and wc.
The large garden of 2500 m2 is closed, trees and not overlooked. The south-facing terrace equipped with a garden set, and a barbecue.
