Terraced house in a privileged location, Le Parc de La Résidence, in the heart of a 40 hectare pine forest, near the wild coast, between the Palmyre golf course and the Zoo.
Access to the Park is reserved for residents. The Club is across the street with tennis, a playground and swimming lessons for children, basketball and golf practice. The Palmyre beach, located 300m away, is supervised and accessible on foot. A stroll by the ocean, on foot or by bike, will take you to the lively restaurants of the port.
The Residence Park is renowned for its calm, while being a few minutes from the shops of La Palmyre.
The house has a private garden with parking space, a terrace overlooking the garden, a living room with convertible sofa 160 type BZ and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, LV ...), a bedroom with 2 80 cm beds (double bed 160) and a bathroom, with washing machine.
La Palmyre is 17 km from Royan and an hour's drive from La Rochelle Airport.
