Located in a historic brownstone and premier street in Paulus Hook - Prime Location! Picture Perfect 1 bedroom/1 bath condo offering gleaming wood floors, pristine kitchen, newly renovated bathroom and large outdoor deck. The bdrm is spacious w/ its own prvte lrge balcony. Nearby all major transportation - ferry to NYC, light rail, bus and PATH - and downtown Jersey City shopping and restaurants. We just started with short term rentals and adjusting as we host more guests. A TV needs to be added soon. Laundry in unit and plenty of storage. New tankless hot water heater and hydronic heating system good for those with allergies.

Great location!

I was home visiting friends and family for the first time in a decade and this property had everything I needed for a busy week and was right in the middle of all the locations I visited in the tri state area. I will definitely make this my place of choice when visiting home.

Emplacement idéal!

Logement très bien situé; à proximité de tout! Toutefois, nous y étions un peu à l’étroit (3 adultes et 1 ado de 16 ans). Pas de stationnement, Il faut utiliser l’un des nombreux stationnements publics à proximité $. Je n’ai malheureusement jamais eu de réponse à la question envoyée aux propriétaires.

Magnifique Appartement

Amazing apartment in New Jersey, 10 minutes away from Manhattan. The owners were extremely nice and attentive with any questions we had. It’s such a short walking distance to Grove At metro station that takes you directly to Manhattan. We’ll definitely go back on our next visit! Magnifique appartement à New Jersey, 10 minutes en train de New York. Les propriétaires étaient extrêmement gentils et serviables avec toutes les questions que nous avions. C’est à quelques pas de la station Grove Street qui vous emmène directement à Manhattan. Nous reviendrons certainement lors de notre prochaine visite!!
