Les Vigies, is a duplex apartment on the second floor of a small granite building of the Belle Epoque. It is in the immediate vicinity of the Sillon beach. On the sea side you can admire the rhythm of the tides. Renovated during the summer of 2017, it is particularly bright and offers contemporary comfort while also being inspired by history and travel. It is ideal for a couple, two couples or a family with two children.

Located in a quiet and secure old house, it consists of an entrance, a dressing room, a bright living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and upstairs a sleeping area with twin beds that can be joined together. There is also a sitting area with a desk (velux window with sea view).
Bed linen, tea towels and bath towels are provided.

Paris is 3 hours from St Malo by TGV.
Rennes airport is 80 km away and Dinard airport is 15 km away.

Super séjour à Saint Malo

Nous avons séjourné 13 jours au mois d'Août dans cet appartement et avons passé de très bonnes vacances. On ne pouvait imaginer meilleur emplacement pour aller à la plage ! Situation top (intra-muros à 15 minutes à pied), boulangerie et presse en bas de l'immeuble, logement très bien décoré, et en prime, la vue sur la mer ! en résumé, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances !

Superbe duplex les pieds (presque) dans l'eau

Idéalement situé notamment sur sa façade qui donne directement sur la plage et qui offre une vue splendide sur la mer, cet appartement est quasi parfait. Spacieux, lumineux, moderne, de nombreux rangements. 2 petits bémols : 1. l'absence de volets/stores notamment côté rue du Sillon, où le soleil tape une bonne partie de la journée et fait considérablement grimper la température intérieure. Du coup, l'étage étant situé sous les combles, peut être difficilement supportable pour les personnes sensibles à la chaleur. 2. La literie à l'étage manque de fermeté. Mais cela n'est pas redhibitoire, le standing de l'appartement pallie largement cela. Superbe expérience, avec quelques petits ajustements, il est parfait.

Appartement cosy avec vue et accès direct à la mer

L'appartement, cosy et bien équipé est idéalement situé, à proximité de la mer de restaurants, de commerces et à 15 minutes à pied de St Malo Intramuros par la digue du Sillon. En période de COVID de nombreux restaurants à proximité proposent des plats à emporter. La vue mer depuis la cuisine et le velux est suffisante pour avoir l'ambiance. L’accueil et la propreté sont d'un très bon niveau. Nous recommandons.
