Lovely home - spectacular sun rises

Very comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - fully stocked. Spacious patio with an amazing view of the lake. I woke to enjoy the spectacular sunrise every morning and it was probably the highlight of my stay. Excellent host. Quick to respond and made check in seamless. We look forward to returning.

Great property and a nice host.

We have been staying at this property for the third time and loved it every time we were there. The place had everything we needed, check-in was easy and the host is very nice and responsive. Highly recommend.

Awesome location.

Awesome location, very convenient to water and they allowed us to check in early. House was a little full of furnishings and we didn't understand the cleaning fee so much since we were asked to do so much before check out.

Best Deck on the Lake

There was a bit of an issue when we arrived, but Trish was able to resolve it. This condo has all you need for a comfortable vacation and the deck is the best!

Fell in love with Smith Mountain Lake

The location was perfect! Lots of fun! There was a beach to swim and hang out, or float by the docks. Napoli restaurant in development was phenomenal! Also boat rental right in development too! Would definitely go back to Bernard’s Landing!
