Welcome to your home away from home at this gorgeous, fully updated ground-level condo in Bernard's Landing at Smith Mountain Lake! Being on the ground level means you can easily access the water/docks just a few steps off the back patio. This is one of the closest condos to the water anywhere on the lake! The primary suite features a king-sized bed and private bath with a floor-to-ceiling tiled shower with sliding glass doors. The other bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with an additional pull-out trundle below with a twin mattress. The gorgeous kitchen has everything you need for your stay. In addition to standard appliances, this unit provides an air fryer, countertop ice maker, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, coffee maker/Keurig machine, plates, cups, and utensils. The comfortable living room is tastefully decorated and features a sleeper sofa as an additional sleeping option. There are two ROKU smart TVs so that you can log in to your streaming services. Cable TV and wifi are provided. The unit also has a washer & dryer available for your use. Linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels are all provided for convenience. The rear patio, which is just steps away from the water, provides a table with chairs and an electric grill for guests' use. Bernard's Landing is absolutely the best place to stay on the lake! Its centralized location is ideal for exploring the lake in all directions. The beauty and amenities offered by Bernard's Landing are unmatched anywhere else on the lake. Included with your stay, you will have access to 3 pools (1 indoor & 2 outdoor, which are seasonal dependant), a hot tub, steam room, sauna, indoor racquetball court, fitness center, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, multiple beaches, and numerous courtesy docks. The community offers a private boat ramp and trailer parking for guests for a small daily fee. Boats are also available to rent through Bernard's Boat Rentals if needed. Bernard's Landing is also home to the best restaurant/bar on the lake (Napoli By The Lake). Bernard's Landing is 72 acres of meticulously manicured grounds with breathtaking views of Smith Mountain. It also features multiple conference centers, making it a premier location for weddings and events.

Beautiful getaway

The condo is very clean and so comfortable with a gorgeous view! We were able to walk right outside to the dock for fishing and to relax by the water. You can even see the beautiful view from the couch on chillier days. My daughter played outside with friends she made there and we enjoyed amazing sunrises. Ben was very kind and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. We’re looking forward to going back when the weather is warmer!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We went to SML for a wedding and decided to make a weekend out of it. Place was clean, beds comfortable, the k cups, creamer and all kitchen items were perfect!

Great Stay

This was a great condo. Beautifully decorated and a well equipped kitchen. My kids loved being able to run right outside to the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

SML Condo Stay

Perfect Lakefront Getaway

This is a beautifully decorated condo that's perfectly situated on the lake. Being the first to rent this property made me nervous at first, but when I spoke to Ben (the owner) I felt totally at ease. He was friendly, gave me helpful details, and encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. We loved the extra seating at the counter height bar. The kitchen appliances were all in new or like new condition. There was plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, cleaning supplies, and paper products. The beds were comfortable and I really appreciated the bunk beds for my boys. The location is also great. Whether you're sitting on the couch or on the patio, the view of the lake is amazing! The coolest part was when the charter boat that my husband booked picked him up at the dock just steps away from our patio. Lastly, we ordered takeout from the neighborhood restaurant "Napoli" and my teen boys loved the tenders, fries, and shrimp tacos. We didn't have time to try any of the other amenities, but we're already talking about making a trip back. Hopefully this condo will be available.
