Great Views

We enjoyed our stay, the distance to the beach was a short walk from the condo. Beach chairs/ umbrellas were easy to access. The elevators were always crowded and had long wait times, luckily we didn't mind taking the stairs.

great condo

Great room on 4th floor. Probably the best sunit we have had so far & just high enough where the horrible elevators (been the same for 7 yrs, slow and always 1 or 2 broke) can be skipped. Our favorite was the shower!

Nice condo perfect location with a ocean view only complaint was the elevators kept breaking down luckily only one or two out of three otherwise it was a perfect vacation would definitely stay there again

Great room

Perfect spring break location for me and my fiancé. Since it is a busy season, it was a little crowded, but nothing crazy, chairs were always open on the beach. Hosts were very helpful, check in was simple. The room was clean, cute, and had a starter amount of essential supplies like soaps and paper towels which was helpful since we got in late and couldn’t immediately go grocery shopping. If you are looking for a lively place that is beach front, this is it.

We loved our stay. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. Owners were very quick to respond and assist with one very minor issue we had. The pool and beach areas were kept very clean and accessible. All of the workers we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Thunder Beach Bike week

The condo was super nice and location was perfect; especially, considering the elevators are so slow but we knew that going in. Loved the open and bright feeling of the condo. The one suggestion I might have would be to add a couple more blankets. Owners were great at responding and super friendly. We had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Perfect stay!

This condo was clean and nicely updated. The photos in the listing are very accurate. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was very well stocked with items needed to cook and prep food. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. I very much appreciated that this condo comes with beach chair service (two chairs and an umbrella). How lovely NOT to have to carry that stuff down to the beach. Property owners were extremely prompt to answer any questions both before and during my stay.

Room Was Fine, Condominium Not a Fave

The room itself was fine. Updated countertops and bathrooms, but everything else was pretty outdated (ie all appliances, master bed, living room furniture). If you stay at The Summit, expect long wait times at the elevator, loud parties from 9am to 11pm at the pool, and a massive crowd at the pool and beach. The addition of the grill and tiki bar are nice, but they were always so crowded that we never even took the opportunity to check them out. We did enjoy the balcony view, location of the condo, and you really can’t beat the water in PCB. Just be cautious: if you want a more relaxing stay, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Thank you for the review. As expected in June we have many wonderful guests taking advantage of the school break and are enjoying themselves. If you are looking for quiet on this popular beach Spring or Fall may be a better fit for you. We love it year around!
