Pet policy: $60/dog nonrefundable fee, (max 2) well behaved pets only 35 lbs or less. If your dog disturbs the peace or is not kept on leash at all times you will be asked to vacate. All pet waste must be removed immediately and disposed of properly.

In the unusual and rare even the spa is not usable, a 8% credit will be issued for nights effected.
We require a $250 damage deposit to be collected before checkin by secure link.

Fantastic get away from the Rat Race

Beautiful place to call home for 9 days. We worked from here and enjoyed vacation time as well. This house was stocked with every cooking utensil, pot and pan we needed for our stay. I would recommend 10 out 10.

Birthday trip

We stayed here for a week. This place have everything we needed other then the clothes we brought with us. It is easy to get everything on the island. The owner was very responsive. There is no view of the water, but that was ok. This is a great place to relax between activities with a nice size kitchen to prepare lunch or to cook dinner.

My husband and I have always loved Port Aransas, so in 2011, we purchased a townhome that we could share with others as a vacation rental. Then, as most owners do, we hired a local property manager.

As our daughters grew, I missed the social interaction from my career. We decided I should jump in and try self-managing. I enjoyed it so much, that since that time, we've added 3 homes to our portfolio. We warmly welcome you and take pride in being a small part of your family memories.
