Wonderful location and property

The property was perfect for our family. There were a lot of games to play and was spacious enough for all of us. We will definitely come back here. Our host communicated greatly with us and was super helpful. We even got to see wolves and went snow boarding. Lots of families in the area

Pandemic Paradise

Great getaway for our family during the pandemic. Enjoyed the trails and bike paths nearby. So good to be in the mountain fresh air! House was great and owner is super responsive. Will be back!

Our family of 4 with young kids (4 & 6) stayed here for February break and weekends and it worked really well for a winter ski trips.Highlights:Amazing sledding hill right next to the house, perfect for kids. The house provides sleds and shovels, and our kids sledded over and over without leaving the neighborhood.Great ski setup: the large laundry room was perfect for drying ski clothes and laying out all the winter gear.Two-car garage: incredibly helpful during snowstorms.Driveway is somewhat steep but manageable, as someone newer to driving in snow, I backed into the garage and had no issues. The driveway and roads were plowed during storms.Location is very convenient: about 5 minutes to Donner Ski Ranch, 10 minutes to Safeway/ freeway, 20 min to sugar bowl.Amenity passes: access to hot tubs, pools, and a well-stocked gym about 5 minutes away was a great bonus.Quiet street: peaceful neighborhood.Responsive owner: a smoke alarm went off unexpectedly and the owner helped resolve it right away.Overall a very family-friendly ski house and great base for skiing Donner with kids. We would happily stay again.

Luxury Getaway, Fantastic Location!

My family and I absolutely loved the house. We truly appreciated the ample heated entry where we could sit and take off all our snow gear before heading into the house. Having access to the garage was also a MAJOR PLUS! From the fully equiped game room, to the chefs kitchen, this place definitely delivered! We look forward to being back!

Great house

This house was big- a good size for extended family to stay together. It had 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. Plus a game room downstairs- all with a lot of room.

Great family place!

We had a great time! Very close to cross country skiing. Good kid sledding hill out back. Darts and pool for the grownups at night. A kids room with toys and TV. What more could you want?

Enjoyed our getaway

This house was beyond beautiful. My family and I had a great time and there was plenty of space for the children to go and get lost and enjoy each other. The owner always responded quickly to my questions and was very accommodating. Will definitely be booking again!
