Private villa in the heart of a pine forest with panoramic sea views on the bay of Antibes. The location provides access to the center of Nice and beaches in 20 minutes and 5 minutes to the hilltop village of Aspremont.
The villa of 140m2 on 2 levels has an exotic garden with plancha / BBQ and games for children. Villa des Pins offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets all renovated. The living room of 80m2 open on the kitchen allows beautiful evenings with family or friends.
