Bathroom, toilet, and TV are available. Easy parking is available nearby (150 meters). Pets allowed - No internet access.
Bed linens and towels are not provided (fee-based service available upon request from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a fee-based cleaning service is available).
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the Civil Code).
The following guests all have 24 hours to notify us of anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our services may have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned canceled (check) after the tenants' actual departure.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:

- Bathroom linens per person per week: €5.
- End-of-stay cleaning for studios: €33.
