Our home is a Historical Landmark in the City of Granger. Originally a 200+ acre farm, this Italianate Style Home is over 150 years old with exceptional craftsmanship and sits on 2 spacious acres in a country setting, only 1 mile from The Toll Road and also Granger Plaza (Grocery, Restaurants, Parks, etc.) & just 15 minutes (6.7 miles) from the University of Notre Dame!
We care for our home and all that’s in it. We’ve restored it completely while keeping its original character and many pieces original to the home. We share it with those who care about the details and appreciate the quality and rarity of a home like this one.

Beautiful home for a family get-together

Gorgeous historic home with cozy bedrooms, fancy bathrooms and the best back porch and outside gathering places. We had family pictures taken under the huge trees out back. And the fireflies at night were the best. Thank you to the Beasleys for hosting us. You provided the perfect backdrop for some wonderful memories.

Perfect weekend stay

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Saint Mary’s College. We ranged in age from 15-77 years old. The property is immaculately clean and the owners, Kerry &. Joanna made everything very easy. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family group. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Came in town for the weekend to go to Cincinnati vs Notre Dame game. Great place to stay. Very accommodating owner, really cool historic home. Loved it!

My wife and I purchased this property after moving back home to the midwest from California. We loved the character, craftsmanship and space of this beautiful home and it's property. While still having a country feel, it's centered to all we do in Granger/South Bend area. We've spent the last year making this one-of-a-kind Brick House flow and feel like ours, and like somewhere you'd want to be.

Maid Service! NEW beds & linens. My wife keeps our home EXTREMELY clean, with soft textures and safe spaces for our children. We use chemical free cleaning, Berkey filtered water, Oeko-tex verified linens and bath sheets, the list goes on.
