Welcome to our newly listed and updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located at the Harbourside @ Marker 33 and Splash Harbour Waterpark complex!

From the gorgeous view of the intracoastal to the Splash Harbour Water Park, you will have the vacation of your dreams! If you prefer relaxing sun-seeking days or fun-filled exciting waterslides, this condo would be perfect for you. You can spend quiet time on the patio watching boats traverse the intracoastal waterway; or spend the day in Splash Harbour frolicking in the pool or floating down the lazy river.

This condo has one of the best views from the moment you walk in! Updated furnishings provide the comfort and aesthetics you desire! Wake up in your Master Bedroom with the same great view! This unit sleeps 8 and overlooks both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. With peaceful water views from your private balcony and only a short walk to the beach, you won’t want to leave! See dolphins and manatees as you sip your morning coffee or afternoon beverage!

Amenities include a Master bedroom with a King bed, a flat screen TV and private bathroom, a second Guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds and bathroom, a private entrance and a flat screen TV. The living room has a sofa sleeper, loveseat and a comfortable chair with a big screen TV with 70 Cable Channels. The condo also has a full-service kitchen, washer and dryer, access to the exclusive rooftop sun deck as well as your own private balcony.

There are 4 free waterpark passes per day included with this unit. That's a $100 value! Additional 6 passes are available per day at 1/2 price.

No Waterpark pass is required to access the full-service Tiki Bar, Key West Mining and Snack Shack for casual dining. Jimmy Guana's Restaurant is located just on the edge of the waterpark, along with mini-golf and gaming.

Enjoy both exciting 42-foot-high water slides, relax on the 600-foot lazy river, or grab some food and drinks. There will be plenty of activities for the whole family without ever leaving the condo. The Waterpark is open from 10am to 6pm, but there is a pool open until 10pm that’s available for condo guests.

Explore the city of Indian Rocks Beach during the day for some local cuisine or enjoy the nightlife within walking distance to several pubs and bars, with every variety of food and drink imaginable.

Rent boats right on the property or dock your boat at the first-come, first-served daily boat slips. If you fish, the large dock area is perfect for you. Adjacent to the complex is a small local park featuring a beach volleyball court.

If you need any supplies both CVS and Beach Zone Surf Co are located only 1 block away.

There is a convenient Beach Trolley that runs along Gulf Boulevard up to Clearwater Beach and down to St. Pete Beach.

Just 40 minutes from the Tampa airport or 20 minutes from the St. Pete- Clearwater airport, the town of Indian Rocks Beach is a coastal community situated between the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. Whatever your vacation needs are, you’ll find them satisfied in Indian Rocks Beach.

Good rental, good location

We enjoyed our stay at this rental unit, including use of the waterpark while we were there. The location was perfect for quick access to the beach, plenty of restaurants to choose from, ice cream, and shops. It is a place we would come back to.The one downside was having some, but not all, key amenities in the location. Not having things, like replacement trash bags and toiler paper, was tougher as we didn't plan for that and had to go out and buy while in town.

The place is in a great location. Beach is close, waterpark is great for kids. Hotel right across has an arcade and great restaurant. There are a ton of restaurants and a cute ice cream shop within walking distance. Property managers provided great communication.

Comfortably furnished and clean, this condo has much to recommend it. What we enjoyed most was the sizeable deck overlooking the inland waterway with a peek of the Gulf on the side. It is an easy walk to the beach and a number of favorite restaurants.

Awesome family friendly Condo

We had a wonderful week long stay here. The condo was super clean, plenty of room for our family, so nice to have the kitchen fully equipped with what we needed and CVS, restaurants, beach access is in walking distance. The water park was an amazing perk. we’d absolutely stay there again for the nice condo, location and walkability. Overall such an awesome vacation.

Relaxing beach vacation

We had a wonderful time in this condo. The condo is comfortable and well appointed. We found it to be exactly as described by the hosts. The location of this property is convenient for walking to the beach or to local restaurants. If you wanted, there is a fun waterpark attached. The real fun is on the balcony overlooking the waterway. There are birds, boats and dolphins to keep you entertained. The sunsets are beautiful! We really liked this location, during our 5 night stay. We had one rainy morning and found we enjoyed lounging around being lazy in the condo. This condo is convenient, clean and comfortable!

Great spot for family, water park and pool access made it so easy. condo was fully stocked with beach items, the ocean was walking distance as well as CVS and restaurants. It was clean, beds were comfy, hosts were extremely responsive. The area was quite busy and the water park was often packed, but as the condo is in the back area it was a little quieter. Definitely perfect for young families.

Another awesome stay!

This is our second time staying at this property. It was VERY clean and had all the necessities we needed. It really is the perfect vacation for families. We hit the beach in the mornings, lunch at the condo, waterpark in the afternoon. It's easy. I already miss sipping my morning coffee on the balcony spotting dolphins and manatees. PERFECTION! Immaculate condo has everything including the most thoughtful owners you could hope to work with!

My family has been staying in and around Clearwater for 10 years on our family vacations and this is the first review I have felt compelled to write. Usually, the vacation rentals are just okay but this was something really special. I'm a self-proclaimed germ-a-phobe and am always spending countless hours perusing pictures of rentals and reading reviews to ensure my family ends up somewhere CLEAN, well-maintained and in a great vacation location close to everything. I hit the vacation jackpot with Splash Harbor #417 staying with David and Veronica. This condo is immaculate. The beds are so comfortable and the linens and decor is beautiful and so well-kept. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of this condo. I usually have to bring my own sheets and blankets and spend a lot of time making our vacation rental just like home. This is the first time I did not have to do that, we jumped right into our vacation time! There is a pizza shop, water park, ice cream kitchen, pub and seafood restaurant with live music all within walking distance. Literally convenient to EVERYTHING even a CVS for the little last minute things. Aside from the fact that the condo is fabulous, the owners are so thoughtful. They have children of their own and KNOW kids. They have literally everything that we forgot from strollers to baby wipes! There is a washer and dryer on site and we received 4 FREE Splash Park passes that we used every day to entertain the kids. I don't want to make this too long but I can't believe I left this vacation with literally zero complaints. We slept great, used the kitchen that was already stocked with drinking water, coffee and paper plates....everything we could ever need was already there for us. David and Veronica checked in with us upon arrival and made themselves available if we needed anything at all. We didn't need anything until we were on our trip home and realized we had forgotten "Chris", our 4-year old's beloved Elf on the Shelf. He was on the chandelier and my husband and I forgot him. It was Christmas Eve's Eve and we were panic stricken. I called Dave and Veronica and they (without me even asking) offered to over night Chris to our house for arrival on Christmas Eve. I can't even think about ever staying anywhere else again. These owners will literally be friends of ours for life. We enjoyed our stay! Everything was a super easy process. The condo was well stocked with items and very clean. We walked two blocks to the beautiful beach. The water park was a great option and super fun. Great local restaurants and coffee shop in walking distance. Definitely would recommend you stay here!

Very clean unit. water park kept kids busy while adults could hang at the rum shack. Would have been happier with a later checkout time, since you have to strip the beds, empty garbage, run dishwasher before you leave. Golf cart rental was the best decision : )

Absolutely Perfect

Everything was exceptional, from the moment we walked in the door to our exit 7 days later. Very clean with beautiful views, the patio area has seating for 8 absolutely perfect and our favorite place to be in the morning and night very peaceful and quiet. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, we booked this condo last minute after choosing not to stay at another property after reading the recent reviews there, late at night the hosts answered all of my questions quickly, we booked and had no problem getting into the condo after our late flight, the hosts sent the code for the access lock box upon booking absolutely awesome! Thank you for all of your hospitality and beautiful Condo, we absolutely will be back to stay again next year! One more thing that was above and beyond that they did was leave some welcome gifts on the counter next to a very informative binder, thank you thank you!!!!
