Large villa of 180 m², independent access, large shaded terraces, various dining areas, large kitchen, 5 bedrooms including one en-suite.
Entrance hall on the ground floor, overlooking dining room, two bedrooms on the ground floor with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace, shaded terraces on the east and west with always an exceptional view.
At this level there is also the wood-fired pizza oven and a very large wood-fired BBQ or charcoal grill.
The swimming pool of 6 by 12 m is in light against low with a very large wooden terrace in the tower, equipped with sunbathing.
At the first level there are three bedrooms, one with a small bathroom and integrated toilet. with a terrace solarium not overlooked private access with a very beautiful view. The other two bedrooms share a very large bathroom with shower and double washbasin.

Tout était parfait La disponibilité de l'hôte et son accueil La capacité d'accueil avec de belles tablées réalisées sur les terrasses ombragées Et la vue ... juste magnifique et omniprésente de la piscine aux chambres en passant par les terrasses. Un bien remarquable

Oase mit großartigem Weitblick auf das Meer

Die Villa liegt ganz oben auf einem Hügel bei Hyères. Das Grundstück ist groß und bietet auf mehreren Ebenen Platz für bis zu 30 Personen. Von den Terrassen und am Pool hat man einen großartigen Meerblick auf die vorgelagerten Inseln. Das Ambiente ist geschmackvoll, die Innen- und Außenküche sind gut bestückt. Eine Einsicht in das Grundstück gibt es nicht, man hat eine Oase mit Weitblick für sich und seine Familie. Vorort kann man sich jederzeit Rat vom Vermieter geben lassen, er ist immer hilfsbereit und unterstützend.
