Simply put PARADISE! Swaying Palms is a set of (12) luxurious romantic single bedroom Beachfront Bungalows located on beautiful Long Bay Beach. When you step off your back patio your toes are in the sand! You will not find a vacation spot closer to the beautiful turquoise waters on the entire island! The nine Beachfront Bungalows share a very generous 554 linear feet of beachfront making it the lowest density resort on the island. Each Bungalow is separated by a min of 46'. Each of the nine has a single bedroom with King Size bed, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, large thatch palapa with day bed, plunge pool, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, beach umbrella and chaise loungers. Also available to our guests is a fully outfitted gym with amazing views of the ocean.

Swaying Palms is located in the PERFECT location. With soft powder white sand and crystal clear turquoise as far as you can see you will never want to leave. Located on the Caicos Bank, there are no waves and you can walk out, kayak or paddle board several hundred yards and the water will still only be up to your chest. Adding to the perfect location, while still being in a very quite and romantic spot you are only a 2-3 minute drive to Grace Bay and all the restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, golf course, Casino and other activities. If you prefer not to drive a 2 minute walk on the beach (or road) will bring you to the nearby Shore Club with its restaurants and spa..

Concierge service is available to our guests. We can recommend dining, watersports (fishing, scuba diving, jet ski, snorkel, boat cruises, etc), massage, chefs and other activities. Pre-stocking of groceries is also available.

Gorgeous Paradise

The bungalow was a beautiful location to unwind and recharge. The views were spectacular and didn’t have the crowds of other beaches! We much appreciated the privacy and serenity of the entire experience there!

If you want a romantic week in paradise with your spouse/partner...this is it!!!! We loved everything about this property. Teri was so incredibly nice and helpful!!! The property is maintained so well...perfection! Being steps away from the private beach was awesome!! What more can we say it was truly everything and more from a week in Turks and Caicos. And finally...YES, we will be back to Swaying Palms!!

Romantic Perfect Retreat at Swaying Palms

Swaying Palms is one of the most perfect getaway villas. You are right on the beach staring into the torquise waters every day and if you are lucky watching a few kiteboarders. Swaying Palms is located on Long Bay Beach with is far more pristine than Grace Bay. Each villa has perfect views and large palapa with your villa to lounge under, an infinity pool, open kitchen and living room layout and a grill. So many details were well thought out and Terry always checked in on us. Kayaks and paddle boards are free and at your disposal. This is a 5 star experience and I plan to go back and recommend to all my friends.

Great romantic getaway

We had a great time staying at Swaying Palms. The bungalows are exactly as shown in the pictures. The hosts provide kayaks and padded boards for outdoor activities. Dylan was very accommodative throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

T&C Bungalows

We loved the Swaying Palms Beach Bungalows! I've been recommending it to all our friends, because it was a perfect vacation for us. The bungalows are just like the pictures and video show it. Brand new, decorated beautifully, the home is directly on the beach and glass doors slide open so we were right on the beach at all times, we could paddle board and kayak any time we wanted, we could cook and grill with everything we needed to make a meal. Grocery stores, more beaches and restaurants were close, yet you do want a rental car to get there. Driving on the left hand side of the road is really just a fun challenge. We saw no accidents and the island is very safe. We followed as many of the suggestions that the property manager gave us as we had time for, because she gives solid advice for creating the best vacation. Nathalie is quite the asset to this property. We came to Turks and Caicos thinking "1 time gig" and we left "with hopes of coming back next year".
