Kick back in paradise in this beautifully secluded one bedroom one and a half bathroom waterfront cottage on the Chalk Sound Peninsula -one of the most beautiful sights In Providenciales! Chalk Sound is an upscale residential area, which is 20 minutes away from the main tourist areas (Grace Bay). You can retreat to peace and tranquility in this private standalone hideaway which is strategically elevated on a 40 ft ridge to capture the sparkling waters of Silly Creek merging with the Caribbean Sea. The cottage is spacious, private and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and comforts of home.

You can sunbathe on the upper balcony or lounge poolside beneath the brightest stars. From the lower floor patio, you can listen to the soothing sound of the rustling waters.

The cottage is set among natural foliage with a native stone staircase winding down to the water which is excellent for kayaking, paddleboarding, picnicking, fishing or just simply lounging. Kayak, beach towels/chairs/umbrella and other equipment are available on the property. You will also find a captivating outdoor shower sheltered by nature and a small beach perfect for lounging.

Whilst staying at Silly Creek Cottage, you can walk, run or cycle the entire 4 miles of the Chalk Sound peninsula, lounge all day by the private pool or, explore the turquoise waters and tiny cays by ocean kayak. You can also swim the spectacular Sapodilla Bay Beach which is just moments away or enjoy sipping on something cool whilst watching the sunset. You will be so pampered and spoilt you will not want to leave....

The owners and property managers of Silly Creek Cottage are all natives of the islands and full time residents. They look forward to welcoming you and to showing you their island, their home and genuine island hospitality.

Literally everything about our time at this cottage was perfect. Layout, views, proximity to neighbors, proximity to water, cooking facilities, parking, distance from road, and many other details were ideal for our vacation. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Our host was attentive, responsive, kind, patient, and professional. We can't wait to return to this cottage on our next Turks and Caicos trip.

This beautiful home is a bit away from the touristy spots on Providenciales but the views,pool area and shaded outdoor area made it worth the driveWe will def be returning next year!!

Great location and a lovely house!

We were there for two weeks and this rental surpassed our expectations! It is located in a quiet residential area. The kayak and paddleboard were great! We kayaked out to the ocean and found a little beach we could hang out at.The owners were great and very responsive to messages.Thank you again for sharing your lovely home!

Great Getaway Hideway!

Silly Creek Cottage was an outstanding property. The pictures do not do it justice. The instructions left by the hosts were spot on and everything was exactly as described. Nice house

We enjoyed the great view, the pool and the dock with the kayaks. Some secluded small beaches just a short kayak ride away from the house. The owners were very easy to work with and the house was well stocked with everything we needed including a friendly cat.

A Wonderful Week

Better than the pictures because you're here! 'Just right' cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, great patio, beautiful views, gas grill, outdoor shower, kayak, SUP, beach chairs, cooler, and private plunge pool! Too many other desirable features to list. A perfect place to get away from it all.

Amazing Views and private area

Amazing cottage, enjoyed every minute we were in it. The views are outstanding, just sitting in the sofa you can see the ocean and the silly creek area. Everything better than described. Total privacy with an amazing view and close enough to Grace Bay with a great beach Taylor Bay beach just 5 minutes away. My wife and I enjoyed it so much that if we go back to Turks we will definitely stay here again.

A family trip that felt like a vacation

A parents of two small kiddos, trips are a lot of work, and rarely feel relaxing, but our stay at the cottage was! The cottage was easy to find and the pullout couch was perfect for our family. Our kids named the local cat who came to visit, Perry. We were thankful for the pull to come back to and relax with views of the sound.

My Husband and I are both natives and residents of the Turks and Caicos Islands and Attorneys by profession. We live a hectic lifestyle and decided to build a getaway cottage on Silly Creek in Chalk Sound, away from our home in the Leeward area of Providenciales. We love entertaining and welcoming people to our shores and since many tourists visit the Chalk Sound area we decided to help them enjoy their stay even better by offering this on-island retreat, which is a perfect, secluded, secure, cozy cottage with exquisite views of the magnificent turquoise and azure waters.

Why they chose this property

The beautiful turquoise waters of Chalk Sound and Silly Creek was the number one reason why my Husband and I chose to build this cottage as our second home away from home. However, our hectic schedule would not allow us to enjoy it as much as we would love to so we decided to share our secret with others by putting it on the rental market. We love entertaining and welcoming people to our islands which made this an easy decision for us. We now intend to develop the property further in the future, without losing its unique characteristics charm and its balance with nature.
