Highly recommend this location and unit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. This condo was so conveniently located within walking distance of wonderful shops and restaurants and easy access for day trips to Brevard, Blue Ridge Parkway, Greenville, Smoky Mountains, and more. The unit was clean and well-stocked. It even had a temperature controlled electric tea kettle which for us tea lovers is a treat! For coffee lovers, it is stocked with pods and regular coffee. It is spacious and has a great view of downtown Asheville. The host was excellent with prompt and helpful communications. We loved our stay!

The view from this unit was amazing. Looking out over the mountains was a special treat. The scene looked like a watercolor painting. We will return for another stay next year.

Beautiful Condo in great location

Loved this property as you have access to the Kimpton Hotel amenities amd are within walking distance of most restaurants and galleries. The view is stunning as well.

Cannot recommend Southern Exposure enough. Great location to everything in downtown Asheville. Beautiful views from the room. The condo is very well decorated, clean and a great bathroom. Will definitely return here in the future

Perfect location!

Perfectly located in downtown Asheville! 8 min drive to West Asheville as well as RAD. Valet parking was super-easy. Staff members were all nice and helpful. Condo itself was immaculate and very well-appointed. Perfect extended stay for a couple!

Enjoyed Asheville

Enjoyed very much. Location is excellent within walking distance to many fine restaurants and music. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Apartment was functional and clean, especially enjoyed the shower. It had everything we needed. We recommend highly.
