The living area features a sleeper sofa for two and two swivel barrel chairs, a 55-inch cable TV, and 70+ Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi. You will also find a breakfast bar with seating for four. The full sliding glass window opens to let in fresh Asheville air and offers a beautiful vantage point as downtown comes to life. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. A starter supply of dishwashing and paper essentials is provided, along with locally roasted coffee from Dynamite Roasting Co. and tea from Asheville Tea Company.

On the first floor, Bargello serves Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, while District 42 offers seasonal and craft cocktails with shareable plates. Parking & EV Charging
Valet parking for one vehicle is included with your reservation and provides in-and-out access throughout your stay. Guests who prefer to self-park may use Downtown Asheville public parking. The closest public garage is directly across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC Hotel. Valet attendants are unable to connect, disconnect, or process payment for EV charging equipment. The closest public EV charging option is at 16 Broadway Avenue.

Access
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message through VRBO and a welcome text. The rental agreement will also be provided through VRBO messaging and by email for easy completion, and it must be completed before access information is released. Your lockbox access code is sent by text on the day of arrival.
