The perfect home away from home. Enjoy the "Ritz Carlton of Carlsbad" in this newer 3 bedroom / 2 bath home on your next trip to Carlsbad, NM. This home easily supports sleeping for 10 guests comfortably. You won't find a nicer home decorated so brilliantly and fun! We got arcade and retro games for the little and big kids too! 65" Flat screen with Youtube TV cable, 55" in the Master and 34" in the Bunk Room. This how features 2 King beds with duvet covers that get washed after each guest (most blankets don't get washed for 6 months of more). Also our Bunk room sleeps 4 and includes a SNES GAME CONSOLE with 500+ games. Stay in this newer house and enjoy the best place in Carlsbad.

Pros: The house is excellent. The outside patio was great - we sat outside each night with our drinks. The kitchen is lovely and so were the bedrooms! Bedrooms and sleeping accommodations were very comfortable. We completely enjoyed our stay.I appreciate the hosts providing everything you need to make our stay comfortable.Cons: Backyard weeds need attention; use a weed eater/killers One light bulb out on lamp in the great room tray tables (more convenience)

Nice, comfortable place to stay. The property was clean and quiet, with a multitude of entertainment options. Kitchen and dishware was sufficient for cooking basic meals.Good base for Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns National Parks, and nice to relax in after a full day of adventure.

Really enjoyed this home! Plenty of rooms, tvs, dishes and seating. The AC/Heating was great and the sheets, covers and towels were clean and soft. My son really enjoyed the retro video game. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Nice place to stay with the necessary ammenities and comfortable beds! Easy drive to Carlsbad Caverns park. House on a main road, but could NOT hear traffic. Good food in this town too. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again!

Overall great home with plenty of space for our family of 4. Well equipped kitchen, home was nice and clean overall, but washing machine had damp/mildewy smell (common with front loaders). Main issue was the AC situation. We traveled from Florida, so we are more than familiar with summer heat and the cooling capacities of central AC systems. We found the home uncomfortably warm the entire stay. Despite having the central AC system running continuously, it never reached below 75 degrees, even at night. Guessing the AC wasn't large enough for the size of the home? However, there were at least a couple of good portable fans that helped. We reached out to the host several times (through text at the provided phone number) as well as through the VRBO app regarding our concerns. We never received a response! However, they made sure to send us a message reminding us to get out of the house in time and take out the trash :(

I'd stay there again.

I'd stay there again if I needed to be in Carlsbad. The house was clean and comfortable, and there was very easy access to the main drag in Carlsbad as well as the main highway leading back home.

Visited Carlsbad caverns for my daughter’s birthday. We had a great time and absolutely loved this house! Clean, great communication with the host, everything we needed was in close proximity. We would definitely recommend.
